Ending Pavones Yoga Center’s first year with a blissful bang… Join PYC yoga teachers Alu, Chelsea, and Indira this Friday, December 21st for a winter solstice sadhana (yoga practice) also coinciding with the end of the Mayan calendar. This marks the close to a wonderful year and a bright beginning in my book. Please join us for this yummy gift.
The plan: 108 Minutes of Balanced Bliss. The lovely and inspiring Chelsea Very will open with a vinyasa flow practice. Indira will continue the flow with a few deliciously therapeutic and deeply healing restorative yoga postures. Alu Matthews will close the sequence with his masterful meditation

When: 7:30 AM December 21 – this Friday
Cost: Free. You are welcome to bring food donations for the teachers if you’d like. This practice is an offering of the heart from PYC teachers to the Pavones community.
What to bring: Your smiling self. That’s really all you need. But if you can manage this: A towel or sarong to place over some of the props we’ll be using. Your own yoga mat if you have one, if not, we can provide one for you. If you have an extra blanket (Mexican style blankets) or yoga blocks or bolsters, bring one if possible.
General awareness: Plan to arrive around 10 minutes early so that we can begin on time. Please leave phones and dogs at home. Please rinse your feet before entering the studio. Due to the length of the practice, this is likely not suitable for children.
