Shoulder Therapy: new yoga video

My surfer friends love this sequence. It’s one that I developed in dealing with the scar tissue that resulted after dislocating my shoulder. The technique is called facilitated stretching, stretch-counter-stretch, or PNF. It’s one of the techniques we study in our yoga teacher training programs at PYC.

It’s important not to do this every day. Give yourself about 24 hours to recover from the sequence.
